This eye mask blocks out light to enhance the quality of your rest or sleep at home or while travelling and is ideal to use on flights. A soft velour backing ensures that it rests over your face with the utmost comfort and the adjustable satin covered strap ensures a secure and comfortable fit.

Delivery

If your order is placed before 4pm Monday- Friday (not Bank Holidays) your order will be processed and posted the next working day (working days are Monday-Friday, but not Bank Holidays). If your order is placed after 4pm Monday-Friday your order will be processed and posted the following working day.

Aroma Home products are delivered by First Class Mail and sent via the Royal Mail. The Royal Mail’s advice is that you allow 3 working days for First Class mail delivery. However, they currently aim to deliver over 90% of First Class Mail the next day (there are no Royal Mail deliveries on a Sunday). The Royal Mail covers the whole of the UK. For European deliveries the local countries Royal Mail equivalent is used once the Royal Mail as handed it over. They state that you should allow 3-5 days delivery however for eastern Europe we think it’s better to aim at allowing 10 days from order.

If you need to change or cancel your order please call us on 0203 735 9500 (Monday-Friday) and we will then discuss the options with you.

In the rare cases where your product arrives faulty please initially call our customer services team on 0203 735 9500 (Monday-Friday) to discuss the faulty or damaged product. If we can access the situation over the phone we will aim to replace the item and send again. We may ask you to send the product back to us at Aroma Home Ltd. Unit 3.1.2, The Leathermarket, Weston Street, London, SE1 3ER. We will then access the faulty product and contact you. You need to return faulty products within 7 days. If the product is clearly faulty or damaged and we haven’t already done so we will replace the faulty product free of charge and reimburse you the cost of posting the product back to us.
